1） 如何在价格战中取胜？

星岛是全球控股公司，正所谓东方不亮西方亮，只要有一头赚钱就行了。他们在拉广告的时候，可以把价格压得很低很低，就是想重新洗牌，自己坐庄。中国本土的胶卷和新闻纸就是一个活生生的例子（不详述）。

为什么人人都想移民西方世界，就是因为中国人办事情从来不按套路出牌，来到北美才发现，中国人还是如此之多。在竞争如此激烈的报业市场，大中报的广告价位是最高的，为什么他还能够生存呢，就要讲到第二个问题。

2） 怎样做出有特色的东西？

我一直在思考这样的问题。我还记得03年底的时候，动画班在大傻的餐厅聚餐的时候，我就问过这个问题，大傻当时就是说打价格战，吸引附近的学生。当时卡卡就很自豪地说maple的春卷是一绝。等我三年后步入maple, 我才理解卡卡这句话。毕竟主流的餐馆，春卷都是素的和小的。

还要有不容易被山寨的特色。能找到比google 更快的搜索引擎吗？能找到比youtube 跟多的视频资源吗？能找到比第二道天空更具亲和力的空间吗？答案都是否定的。让我们再来看一下大傻的招财猫生意。这个就是非常有特色的东西。传统的风水店不会卖这个，新兴的精品屋也很少卖这个。竞争力非常小。

软性文章一旦推出，相信多伦多的华文报业又是一场血雨腥风。但是还有不少竞争对手是夫妻店，船小好调头，他们也会很快的转换模式去适应新的市场。当然了，我们有徘徊在牛a 和牛c 之间的排版卡卡和编辑茶茶。

我不是学business and marketing 的，一点点不成熟的想法，还请大家讨论。

分电盘(Distributor)
点火系统高低压电的转接站，可将通往发火线圈的电路接通或切断，而后将产生的高电
压配送到各缸火星塞。

How to Replace the Ignition Coil in an Acura Integra

Step1

Identify whether your Acura Integra uses a distributor ignition system. Cars with 1.8L, 2.2L, 2.3L, 2.5L or 3.0L engines usually have a distributor system. You can also look for the distributor, which has the spark wires connected to it. If you don’t have a distributor, you don’t have an Integra ignition coil.

Step2

Detach the negative battery cable from the battery before starting. Take the cap off the distributor. To expose the ignition coil, you may need to remove a plastic cover.

Step3

Label with masking tape or make note of the rotor position on the housing. You need to reassemble in the correct order for the Acura Integra ignition coil to work properly. Remove the ignition rotor and the leak cover.

Step4

Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws that secure the ignition coil to the housing. Some models use different length screws, so you pay special attention to the length and placement as you remove the screws. Then, pull out the ignition coil.

Step5

Install the stock replacement or universal ignition coil. Replace the parts in the reverse order you disassembled them. Start the car to ensure the repair worked.
